Excite Freelane - Yet another great free ISP. 56K , small average size banner. Great connection. Lots of local access numbers.
Lycos Internet - Another great free ISP. Supports 56K, small banner, great connection and tons of local access numbers
Netzero - Great ISP. Supports 56K, average banner, great connection, some local access numbers. Best of all its free forever.
FreePPP.com - Good ISP. Supports 56K and claim they offer free ISDN. We didn't test their service but heard its pretty good.
Fanz - Good ISP. Supports 56K. They claim that they have a good service, but we didn't test them out.
dotNow - Good ISP. Supports 56K. Lots of free access numbers. This ISP is worth looking into.
Nocharge - Good ISP. Supports 56K. Some free access numbers. A big community with chat etc. Try it out.
Freeweb - Good ISP. Supports 56K. They claim to have been around since 96 so them must be doing something right. Worth looking into.
