Matt's Script Archive - This is a very well done cgi site. They have many popular cgi scripts and many helpfull documentation. You can even see the scripts in action.
FreeScripts - This site has 14 free scripts. New CGI scripts are always being added so keep on checking back. Check this site out.
CGI For Me - A good CGI site. They feature many CGI's to keep on getting you traffic back. Worth looking into.
CGI-Factory - A good CGI site. They offer some free CGIs. This site is worth checking out.
